复合聚全氟乙丙烯材料的介电及高频击穿性能研究

Study on Dielectric Properties and Nigh-frequency Breakdown Performance of FEP Composites

摘要: 在聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)中添加TiO2和Al2O3,通过热压成型的方法制备了FEP/Ti02复合材料和FEP/Al2O3复合材料,研究了氧化物添加量对复合材料介电常数、介电损耗和高频击穿性能的影响。结果表明,随氧化物含量的增加,复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗均增加;在同一添加量下,Ti02对复合体系的介电性能影响较大。FEP/Ti02复合材料的高频击穿性能随Ti02含量的增加而下降,在Ti02含量为4.0%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的损伤阂值已降为FEP材料损伤阂值的48.9%。而FEP/Al2O3姚复合材料的高频击穿性能随}z钱含量的增加而升高,当从姚含量为1.2%时,复合材料的损伤阂值已增大到FEP材料损伤阂值的2倍,达到313J/m2.

Abstract: Composites of perfluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer (FEP) with Ti02 and Al2O3 were prepared via thermoforming. the effects of oxide content on dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and high-frequency breakdown performance of the composites were studied. the dielectric constant and loss of FEP composites increased with increasing oxide content, with the influence of Ti02 being more obvious. Ti02 possessed a negative effect on the high-frequency breakdown performance. At 4. 0 wt,the damage threshold of FEP/Ti02 composite was only 48. 9%that of neat FEP. In contrast, the high-frequency breakdown performance increased with increasing Al2O3 content. When the content of Al2O3 was 1 .2 wt,the damage threshold of FEP/Al2O3 composite reached 313 J/m2,that was twice that of neat FEP.
