含稀土的N-环己基马来酞亚胺耐热改性剂的合成及其与聚氯乙烯共混的研究

摘要: 用乳液聚合的力一法制备了马来酸单十二酯镧-N-环已基马来醚亚胺-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚物,将其作为耐热改性剂与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混。研究了马来酸单十二酯镧的用量对共聚物组成、玻璃化转变温度及共混物热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当马来酸单十二酯镧的用量为5%(质量分数,下同)、N-环已基马来醚亚胺用量为9.5%时,且此共聚物的用量为PVC的20%时,所得共混改性PVC的维卡软化点比纯PVC提高了4.7℃,失重1%时的热分解温度比纯PVC提高了32.64℃,热分解50%时的温度与纯PVC相比提高约17.31℃,冲击强度、拉伸强度与纯PVC相比分别提高了1.62和3.35%

Abstract: Quadripolymer of tris(monododecy ester maleate)lanthanum,N-cyclohexyl-malcimide,styrene,and methyl methacrylate was synthesized via emulsion copolymerization and employed in PVC to improve its heat resistance. When the amount of LaTM and N-cyclohexylmalcimide in copolymer was 5 and 9.5 wt %,respectively, and the loading of quadripolymcr in PVC was 20 wt%,the Vicat softenink temperature,the 1 % and 50 % weight loss temperature of the blends increased 4. 7℃,32.64℃,and 17 .31℃based on neat PVC,respectively. In addition,the tensile and impact strengths of the blends increased 3.35 % and 1.62 %,respectively.
