电缆燃烧产烟影响因素的实验研究

摘要: 利用锥形量热仪和烟密度仪对ZR-VV 4 6、ZR-YJV 4 6、YJV 4 6三种型号电缆的燃烧行为进行了分析,并探讨了电缆在燃烧过程中的产烟特性随燃烧发展的变化规律。实验结果表明,随着热辐射强度的增大,电缆燃烧时的烟气释放速率也随之增大。同时电缆的放置角度、附着基材以及燃烧时的环境氧浓度都对电缆的产烟有不同程度的影响。放置角度对电缆燃烧时的产烟特性影响最大,附着基材和环境氧浓度对电缆燃烧产烟特性的影响相对较小。

Abstract: In this paper, the effect factors on the smoke production in cable's combustion were analyzed using cone calorimeter and smoke density instrument. It was found that an increase in radiation intensity was companied by an increase in smoke releasing. The angle of the placement, the attachment material, and the oxygen concentration of the environment also affected the characteristics of smoke production in cable's combustion, in which the placement angle constituted the most important one.
