摘要: 综述了近几年国内无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的现状和研究进展,总结和对比了各种无卤阻燃剂(包括磷系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化物阻燃剂、含硅阻燃剂、硼系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂)的优缺点,分析了各种阻燃体系的阻燃机理和应用现状。并简要概括了聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3中基体树脂的优缺点,提出了发展高性能、多功能无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的发展方向。

Abstract: The recent development of halogen-free flame-retarding for polyolefin cable material has been reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of halogen-free flame-retardant agents were summarized . The mechanisms of halogen-free flame-retardant agents and present application were analyzed. Development status of polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer was dealt with. Some suggestions were made for the development of high-performance, multi-functional halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials.
