摘要: 针对合理的浇口位置及数量在塑料模具设计中的重要性,借助专业模拟分析软件Moldflow对模具浇口进行了优化设计。以相机盖为实例,对其浇口位置和数量进行计算机模拟分析,根据结果进行熔接痕和气穴情况的分析,优化了模具浇口设计,从而获得高质量的产品,降低了生产成本,缩短了产品开发周期。

Abstract: Moldflow was applied to the design of plastics injection mold to optimize the position and quantity of gates.Exemplified by a camera cover,through analysis of melting-joint imprint and bubble chamber, an optimization of the gate design was carried out. Such designing process would improve the products quality, reduce the cost of production, and shorten the product development cycle.
