基于Moldflow的汽车扣手盖注射成型流动分析

Analysis of Injection Molding Flow of Inner Decoration Button Lid Based on Moldflow

摘要: 运用Moldflow软件对汽车内饰件扣手盖产品注射过程中的流动填充进行了模拟分析。应用Pro/E软件,建立产品实体模型,并转换为STL文件格式导入Moldflow中,然后采用双面网格模型对产品的布局、最佳浇注点的位置、温度分布和注射点压力进行了分析,合理确定了浇注系统。结果表明:产品的最佳浇注点位于产品右侧深颜色区域,产品的中心对称布局有效地保证了压力中心一致性和浇道中的压力均匀分布。产品成型过程中,产品温度在196~234 ℃之间,其中产品侧耳部位温度最低,中心流道部位温度最高。

Abstract: The flow process in the injection molding of button lid of the automobile inner decoration was simulated using Moldflow. A double surface grid model was formulated based on the body model in the virtue of Pro/E soft. By analyzing the gating location, temperature field and pressure at the gating location,the reasonable pouring system was obtained. The central symmetry layout of the part ensured the pressure center consistency and the uniform distribution of the pressure in the runner. During the moulding, the temperature ranged between 196℃ and 234℃. The highest temperature located at the center of main runner and the lowest temperature at the side of the small flank, which provided a reference for the design of cooling system of the mould.
