摘要: 详细综述了废旧聚苯乙烯(WPS)资源化综合回收利用中化学改性的最新进展和应用前景,包括在WPS分子链侧基苯环上进行亲电取代引入功能性官能团,如卤化、磺化、硝化、氯甲基化、酰基化等和在WPS分子链苄基位上与乙烯类活性单体(如丙烯酸及其酯类、顺酐、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、丙烯醇等)进行自由基共聚合引入功能性官能团。

关键词: 发泡聚苯乙烯, 化学改性, 磺酸基, 马来酸酐

Abstract: The chemical modification of waste polystyrene(WPS) was summarized in this paper. The modifications could be categorized into two types: (i) The introduction of functional groups to the lateral benzene group of WPS via electrophilic substitution, i.e., sulfonation,halogenation,nitration, chloromethylation, and acylation; (ii) radical copolymerization between the benzyl of WPS and vinyl monomers including acroleic acid, acrylate, maleic, acetate, acrylonitrile, and propenol.
