摘要: 采用开炼共混、模压发泡的方法制备了特导炭黑填充乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)/高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)发泡导电复合材料。考察了 Blends of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA)/high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) was filled with specially conductive carbon black(HG-1P)forming a foam conductive composite via open-calendaring and mold foaming. The effect of the composition on the percolation threshold, pore structures, and temperature-resistance behavior were investigated. When the mass proportion of EVA to PE-HD was 80 to 20, the content of specially conductive carbon black was 10 wt %, the content of AC was 4 wt %,and the cross-linker DCP was 0.5 wt %, the composite showed a fine pore structure and good switching characteristics, a clear negative temperature coefficient (NTC) was observed.

Abstract: Abstract: The foamed conductive composites of specially conductive carbon black(HG-1P)-filled ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA)/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) were prepared by the methods of blending on the mixer and mold foaming in this thesis. The vadose threshold value, bubble structures, and resistivity-temperature behavior of the composites and the influences of different proportion of EVA/LDPE, the foamer and the cross-linker on the electric behavior of the composites were investigated.The results showed that EVA/HDPE conductive foamed composites filled with HG-1P had ideal bubble structures and the composites had good switching characteristics, and displayed clear negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect through resistivity tests at the increasing temperature.
