摘要: 制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGB)/环氧树脂复合材料,对复合材料进行了单轴静态压缩试验,采用均匀设计法研究了HGB、偶联剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和固化剂含量4个因素对复合材料压缩强度的影响。通过对4个因素不同水平的分析发现,复合材料的压缩强度随着HGB含量的增加而逐渐减小,随着偶联剂含量的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,随着DBP和固化剂含量的增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势;HGB、偶联剂、DBP和固化剂的最佳添加量分别为1.5份、0.1份、6.5份和95份。

Abstract: Based on uniform design experiments, the effects of hollow glass beads (HGB), coupling agent, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and curing agent on the uniaxial compressive strength were investigated. Through analysis the effect of the main 4 factors, HGB, on the compressive strength of the composite. It was found that the compressive strength of the composites decreased with increasing content of HGB, and first increased and then decreased with increasing content of coupling agent, first decreased and then increased with increasing content of DBP and curing agent. The optimal recipe of HGB, coupling agent, DBP, and curing agent was found to be 1.5, 0.1, 6.5, and 95 phr, respectively.
