温度控制保压过程对制件质量重复精度的影响

摘要: 分别在注射时间转压、螺杆位置转压、型腔压力转压3种不同的转压方式下比较了2种保压方式(恒定压力保压和PT保压)对制件质量重复精度的影响,其中PT保压是采用型腔温度控制的阶梯降压力保压。结果表明,采用PT保压比传统的恒压保压方式获得的制件具有更好的表面品质和质量重复精度;采用型腔压力转压与PT控制保压过程结合的方式生产的制件质量重复精度最高,可达0.0665 %。

Abstract: The effect of two packing modes, constant pressure and pressure-temperature control (PT control) on the accuracy of part's weight were studied under three filling-to-packing switchover modes, transfer controlled by injection time, screw position, and cavity pressure. In PT control, the holding pressure was decided by cavity temperature. It showed that the PT holding mode resulted a better part surface quality and uniform part weight than traditional methods. When the switchover mode of cavity pressure and PT control were used, the accuracy of part's weight was the best, which reach 0.0665 %.
