摘要: 采用扫描电镜及粒径分析仪研究了水磨法超细BaSO4的形态及粒径分布,并将其应用于聚烯烃色母粒,探讨了超细BaSO4对红黄蓝3种色母粒彩色性能的影响,井将国内外颜料进行了对比。结果表明,用超细BaSO4替代20%颜料制备的色母粒,其颜料在塑料制品中的着色性能和分散性良好。其中BaSO4用于替代红颜料制备的色母粒效果最好。

Abstract: The morphology and particle size distribution were investigated with SEM and particle size analyzer. The effect of superfin-BaSO4 on color properties of red,yellow,and blue polyolefin masterbatches was explored. It showed that when replaced pigment with 20% superfin-BaSO4 in the color masterbatch,the dispersion of pigments in the plastics was enhanced,with the best improvement observed in red pigment systems.
