摘要: 研究了色母粒中分散剂、阻燃剂和载体树脂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)燃烧速率的影响。结果表明,分散剂会加快ABS树脂的燃烧,而阻燃剂、载体氯化聚乙烯(CPE)能够减缓ABS树脂的燃烧。通过优化配方,研制出一种ABS缓燃级色母粒,其应用于ABS制品,能够达到UL 94 HB级燃烧标准,且制品表面颜色均匀,无色点、色纹、黑点等缺陷,制品冲击强度和拉伸强度保留率在90 %以上。

Abstract: The influence of dispersants, flame retardants,and carriers on the burning rate of ABS masterbatch was studied. It was found that the dispersant accelerated the combustion, the burning rate of ABS could be decreased by flame retardant and CPE carrier. A slowly-burning grade of ABS masterbatch was developed by optimizing the formulation design. When being applied to ABS products, UL 94 HB standards and a uniform surface color were achieved. The retention rate of impact strength and tensile strength were above 90 %.
