摘要: 通过熔融反应挤出制备了一种新型马来酸酐接枝丙烯基弹性体(以下简称接枝物),研究了引发剂用量、马来酸酐用量、交联抑制剂种类和加工工艺条件对接枝物性能的影响。利用红外光谱对接枝物进行了结构表征,并用酸碱滴定法测定其接枝率,同时比较了该接枝物与传统的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯弹性体在聚酰胺中的增韧效果。结果表明,随着引发剂含量的增加,接枝物的接枝率先增大,后逐渐下降;随着马来酸酐含量增加,其接枝率先增大后趋于平稳;己内酰胺对接枝物的交联副反应抑制高效果最好;接枝物作为增容剂提高了聚酰胺的熔体流动速率,达到增韧效果。

Abstract: Maleic anhydride was grafted onto propylene-based elastomer via melt reaction in a twin-screw extruder. The influences of initiator, MAH concentration, crosslinking inhibitor, and processing condition on the structure and properties of product were analyzed using FTIR, neutralization titration. It indicated that with increasing initiator concentration the grafting degree increased first and then dropped. With increasing MAH concentration, the grafting degree increased first and then leveled off. The crosslinking during grafting was best inhibited by hexanolactam. The toughening effect of the product and traditional POE-g-MAH were compared in nylon, and it was found that the grafted product achieved both better tougheness and flowability of polyamide.
