摘要: 针对三聚氰胺泡沫塑料连续化生产的工艺要求及技术难点,通过实验确定了三聚氰胺泡沫塑料的工业化生产流程,通过计算确定了三聚氰胺反应挤出发泡专用的反应型双螺杆挤出机的关键技术参数。为满足泡沫生产过程中黏度差较大组分的快速均化和反应热的快速移除等要求,专门设计了特殊的反应挤出机筒体和专用混合螺杆元件。通过实际工业化生产检验了流程设计及反应挤出机设计的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the technological requirements and difficulties of continuous production of melamine foams, the industrial production processing was determined by experiment, and the specifications of reacting twinscrew extruder for melamine foams was determined by calculation. In order to meet the demands of quick homogenization of different viscosity components and quick removal of the reaction enthalpies, the special barrels and elements for reacting twinscrew extruders were designed. The technological processing and design of reacting twinscrew extruders were proved to be feasibility by industrial production.
