差速双螺杆挤出机三维流动仿真分析

摘要: 应用Polyflow软件对差速双螺杆挤出机螺槽内流动进行了三维模拟和混合效果分析。模拟结果显示,从剪切速率、拉伸速率以及混合指数的大小和分布上,差速比为5:1的轴向混合略好于差速比为4:1的。

Abstract: Three-dimensional simulation and mixing analysis were conducted for melt flow in screw groove of differential twin screw extruder using Polyflow. In view of shear rate, stretch rate, and mixing index, the mixing with differential ratio of 5:1.was better than that with 4:1.
