基于UG前盖注塑模设计及模流分析

Injection Mold Design and Mold Flowing Analysis for the front cover Based on UG

摘要: 本文通过对前盖塑料件的结构特点进行了工艺性分析及注射模的模流分析,用三维CAD软件UG对前盖注塑模具结构进行了设计。详细阐述了塑件的注射模分型面、型腔布局、浇注系统、温度调节系统、抽芯机构和排气系统的设计过程及其模具的工作过程。同时还用MoldFlow Plastics Insight(MPI)软件对充模、流动、冷却等方面进行模拟分析。

Abstract: Through analyzing the technological features of the up-cover and the mold flowing of the mouse shell, used UG to design a injection mold . Introduced in detail design process of design parting surface, cavity layout, gating system, temperature control system, core-pulling mechanism and exhaust system about injection mould of the up-cover and working process of the mold.At the same time,we analyze the mold filling、fill and pack and cool with MoldFlow Plastics Insight(MPI).
