注塑模翘曲分析及EMX模架优化设计

摘要: 以塑料后盖的模架设计方案(采用ProE\EMX6.0建模)为例,基于Autodesk Moldflow Insight(AMI) 2010模流有限元分析软件分析产品注塑过程中产生的翘曲变形量及成因,根据仿真结果,对原有模架设计方案中的浇注系统、冷却系统进行了修改,对注塑机保压曲线进行了优化,使产品的翘曲变形达到了生产要求。结果表明,该方法可以缩短产品开发周期 、降低成本、提高产品品质。

Abstract: Taking the mold design scheme of a plastic rear cover (modeling in ProE\EMX6.0) as an example, based on Autodesk Moldflow Insight (AMI) 2010, the product warpage and its reason was analyzed. According to simulation results, the gating system, cooling system of the original mold design schemes were modified, the holding pressure curve of injection molding machine was optimized, so that the product warpage was reduced to a acceptable range.
