摘要: 研究了不同含量的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)相容剂对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯/聚乙烯蜡(GFRPP/PW)复合材料体系力学性能和结构的影响。结果表明,少量的PP-g-MAH可以改善 "浮纤"现象,促进GFRPP/PW/PP-g-MAH复合材料的相容性和PP基体中γ晶的产生;与原体系相比,加入少量相容剂后冲击强度提高了37.9 %,屈服强度提高了3.2 %,热变形温度增加了3.9 ℃。

Abstract: Effect of PP-g-MAH on the physical/mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene/polyethylene wax(PW) composites was investigated. A little loading of PP-g-MAH improved compatibility of the GFRPP/PW composites, γ-phase crystal occurred in the PP matrix. The impact strength increased by 37.9 %; the yield strength increased by 3.2 %; and the heat resistance temperature increased by 3.9 ℃。
