基于环境友好型发泡剂的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能研究

摘要: 针对第三代环境友好型发泡剂HFC365mfc,分别从异氰酸酯指数、发泡剂用量和发泡动力学等角度对影响绝热用硬质聚氨酯泡沫性能的各种因素进行了探讨。结果表明,异氰酸酯指数在1.2左右,HFC365mfc用量在25份左右时泡沫的综合性能最佳;将HFC365mfc泡沫与目前广泛应用的HCFC141b和全水发泡的泡沫性能进行了对比分析,结果表明,与HCFC141b和全水发泡体系相比,HFC365mfc发泡工艺与HCFC141b体系接近,不需对生产线进行改进。

Abstract: Rigid polyurethane foam was prepared using a third generation blowing agent HFC365mfc. The factors influencing the properties of the foam including isocyanate index, dosage, and foaming dynamics were studied. When the isocyanate index was about 1.2, blowing agent dosage was 25 phr, the foam provided the optimal comprehensive properties, which were better than those with HCFC141b and water. The foaming technology using HFC365mfc and HCFC141b was similar, and the blowing agent HFC365mfc could be easily applied.
