挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板压缩强度控制研究

摘要: 针对挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)泡沫板的压缩强度性能展开研究,建立多元回归方程,经检验在使用品质稳定的聚苯乙烯(PS)原料进行生产时,回归方程具有良好的预测效果;以多元回归方程作为预测模型,利用Excel软件的VBA编程功能,实现压缩强度预测系统,能有效预测XPS泡沫板性能,为工艺生产提供依据。

Abstract: This article carried out a research for production control of compressive strength of XPS foam board. A multiregression equation was built for the analysis. Through test and verification, it was confirmed that the multiregression equation had a good prediction of compressive strength. With this multiregression equation as a predictive model, and with help of functions of Excel VBA programming software, a compression strength prediction system was established, which could provide process parameters for the practical production.
