摘要: 综述了新型聚乳酸(PLA)阻燃体系的研究进展。以PLA阻燃机理为主线,对以凝聚相阻燃为机理的膨胀型阻燃体系、新型成炭阻燃体系、催化成炭阻燃体系、次磷酸盐阻燃体系、纳米材料阻燃体系和以气相阻燃为机理的缓释体系、气相催化体系研究进展进行综述。最后以PLA高效环保阻燃为研究热点,对PLA阻燃研究趋势进行了预测。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the research progress of novel flame retardant system used in polylactide(PLA),which were sorted according to the flame retardancy mechanism. For the condensed phase mechanism, intumescent,charring, catalytic charring, salt hypophosphite, and inorganic nano-filler flame retardant systems were presented. For gas phase mechanism, delayed release and gas catalysis were introduced. Finally, a prediction was made for highly effective and environmentally friendly flame retardants.
