摘要: 在密炼机上通过熔融共混法制备了聚酰胺11(PA11)/含磷氮膨胀型阻燃剂共混材料,分别采用旋转流变仪和动态力学分析仪研究了共混材料的动态流变行为和动态力学性能。结果表明,PA11及其阻燃共混材料熔体均为假塑性流体,呈现剪切变稀现象。阻燃剂的加入降低了PA11共混材料的储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度,但与PA11没有发生相分离。动态力学性能分析表明,随阻燃剂含量的增加提高了玻璃态阻燃共混材料的储能模量。

Abstract: Blends of polyamide 11 and phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent (IFR) containing flame retardant modifier were prepared on an internal mixer by melt compounding, and their dynamic rheological and mechanical properties were investigated using a rotational rheometer and dynamic mechanical analyzer. Melt of both polyamid 11 and its modifier were pseudoplastic fluid and exhibited shear-thinning.The storage modulus,loss modulus, and complex viscosity of the blends were decreased with increasing IFR contents, the phase separation did not occur in the blends. The storage modulus of the glassy blends was enhanced with the increasing IFR loading level.
