基于迭代反变形法的精密塑件注射成型尺寸精度控制

Dimensional Accuracy Control of the Precise Injection Molded Plastic Parts Based on Iteration Reverse Deformation Method

摘要: 选取汽车后车灯灯壳为研究对象,通过有限元仿真得出在注射成型最佳工艺参数条件下的灯壳翘曲变形结果,引入基于迭代的反变形法对灯壳模具型腔进行了优化设计并仿真验证。结果表明,经过3次迭代反变形优化后得到的仿真塑件翘曲变形模型同原始设计模型的最大尺寸偏差由反变形前的0.8595 mm降低至0.10875 mm,翘曲变形减少了87 %,工程试验验证了提出的方法具有较好的可行性及工程实际应用价值。

Abstract: An automotive rear lamp housing was selected as the research model in this study. First, the warpage of lamp housing based on the optimum injection parameters was obtained using finite element (FE) software Moldflow. After that, CAE numerical simulation was conducted for the plastic part with reverse deformation design, and the results were compared with that based on original design. After three iterations, the dimension deviation of the simulated warpage from the original model decreased from previous 0.8595 to 0.10875 mm. In the engineering test the feasibility of this approach was confirmed.
