摘要: 采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备聚(3羟基丁酸酯3羟基己酸酯) (PHBH)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物。通过电子万能试验机、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析及扫描电子显微镜等测定共混物的力学性能、热性能和热稳定性并观察其微观结构,研究了PHBH与PLA间的相容性。结果表明,PHBH与PLA共混后,综合力学性能得到改善,与PHBH相比,PHBH/PLA(80/20)共混物的断裂伸长率提高了38 %,冲击强度提高了15.7 %;PHBH和PLA的玻璃化转变温度呈现出相互靠近的趋势,两者表现出一定程度的相容性。

Abstract: Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate)(PHBH)/poly(lactic acid)(PLA) blends were prepared by melt blending using a twin screw extruder. The mechanical properties, thermal behavior, and microstructure of the PHBH/PLA composites were investigated. Compared with neat PHBH, the elongation at break and impact strength of PHBH/PLA (80/20) were increased by 38 % and 15.7%, respectively. DSC indicated that the difference between glass transition temperatures of PHBH and PLA was decreased slightly, indicating the improvement of compatibility.
