Study on the Energy Consumption in Filling Stage Based on the Software of Moldflow MPI

摘要: 运用Moldflow MPI模流分析软件对注射成型过程进行流动分析,通过正交试验和多变量拟合建立了注射阶段能耗与浇口宽度、制品壁厚、注射速度和制品直径4个主要参数之间的函数关系式。经过验证,所得能耗公式的准确率达90 %以上。

Abstract: This paper established a relationship among energy consumption and four factors, width of the gate, wall thickness of the products, injection velocity, and diameter of the products, using Moldflow, orthogonal test, and multivariate fitting. The accuracy of the formula for energy consumption was higher than 90 %.
