电话听筒注塑模具设计

摘要: 分析了电话听筒外壳塑件的结构与成型工艺,针对听筒前壳与后盖塑件配对生产、壁薄、加强筋多、存在侧凹、表面质量要求高等特点,设计了一次注射成型配对塑件的模具,并在其上采用了动、定模镶块组合,斜导柱和摆杆式复合内外侧凹脱模、顺序开模和多种形式的顶出结构,介绍了主要成型零件、模具浇注系统、侧向分型抽芯和顶出与复位机构的设计。实践表明:模具结构紧凑、运动平稳可靠,设计方案合理。

Abstract: It analyzes the structure of the shell plastic part of the telephone receiver and molding process. Aiming at the characteristics of the front shell and rear cover plastic parts of the receiver including matching production, thinner wall, more stiffener, undercutting and high requirement on the surface quality, it designs the mould for the molding matching plastic part with the single injection. And, it applies the combination of the moving and fixed die inserts, the compound inside and outside entrant demoulding of the slider angle pin and swing rod, open model in order and ejector mechanism of different forms. Meanwhile, it introduces the design of main molding parts, mould gating system, vertical parting core pulling and ejector & reset mechanism. The practice indicates that the mould has the compact structure with the stable and reliable movement. The design planning is reasonable.
