Study on Polypropylene/Glass Fiber Water Tank Supporters Based on the Finite Element Analysis

摘要: 以海口某汽车公司生产的车用聚丙烯/玻璃纤维水箱支架为例,运用计算机Catia、UG软件来分析该车用水箱支架结构的强度和刚度特性。同时根据仿真分析结果,对其提出优化改进意见。结果表明,该材质的车用水箱支架在满足使用要求的前提下,相比传统材料还具有轻量化等优势。

Abstract: Supporters of automobile water tanks made of polypropylene/glass fibers was studied by using computer Catia and UG software to analyze the strength and stiffness. Compared with supporters made of traditional materials, it had some advantages, such as lightweight. The findings in the analysis was employed in the improvement of supporters.
