改性凹凸棒土对软质聚氯乙烯中增塑剂抽出性的影响

Effect of Modified Attapulgite on the Extraction of Plasticizers in Flexible Poly(vinyl chloride)

摘要: 采用硅烷偶联剂对凹凸棒土(ATP)纳米粒子一次改性后,再引入硬脂酸进行复合改性处理,得到了表面有机化、强疏水性的ATP,通过红外光谱分析、接触角测试、比表面积测试以及热重分析研究了改性前后ATP的结构和性能变化。采用熔融复合法制备了软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)/ATP纳米复合材料,测定其溶剂抽出性能、力学性能等。结果表明,复合改性后的ATP与PVC相容性较好,降低了PVC中增塑剂在溶剂中的抽出率,并提高了其力学性能。

Abstract: Nanoparticles of attapulgite were first treated with a silane coupling agent, and further with steric acid. The modified attapulgite was characterized with Fourier transform infrared analysis (FTIR), contact angle tests, BET, and thermogravimetric analysis. Such attapulgite was introduced into plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) systems by melt blending. It was found that the addition of attapulgite reduced the extraction of dioctylphthalate (DOP). Because its good compatibility with PVC, attapulgite also enhanced the mechanical properties of PVC.
