呼吸末二氧化碳变色指示剂薄膜的制备及其性能

Preparation and Properties of Allochromatic Film for End-tidal Carbon Dioxide

摘要: 将乙基纤维素树脂与指示剂(MCP)、塑化剂磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、催化剂(TBAH)以及二氧化钛共混制备成呼吸末二氧化碳变色薄膜,探讨了制备工艺中乙基纤维素相对分子质量、乙基纤维素添加量、TBP添加量、干燥温度、涂膜厚度对薄膜变色敏感度和变色速度的影响。结果表明,本工艺制备的变色薄膜具有在0~5 %二氧化碳含量下,随着二氧化碳含量的不同,产生可恢复的颜色改变的能力;物料组成上选择乙基纤维素作为载体树脂,相对分子质量约为80000的乙基纤维素最为适宜;随着乙基纤维素添加量的减少、TBP添加量的减少、干燥温度的升高以及涂膜厚度的降低,薄膜的敏感度逐渐升高;随着TBP添加量的减少、涂膜厚度的增加,薄膜的响应时间和恢复时间均增加,且薄膜厚度从50 μm变化到300 μm时,恢复时间增加了3倍。

Abstract: In this study, blends from ethyl cellulose, MCP, TBP,TBAH, and TiO2 was fabricated and the influence of molecular weight of ethyl cellulose, concentration of ethyl cellulose, volume of TBP, drying temperature, and thickness of the film on sensitivity and speed of color change was studied. It showed that the film can change color reversibly in the CO2 concentration range of 0~5 %. The molecular weight of ethyl cellulose should be 80000. The sensitivity increased with decreasing concentration of ethyl cellulose, volume of TBP, thickness of the film, and increasing dying temperature. The speed of changing color became faster with decreasing volume of TBP and increasing thickness of the film. Particularly, recovery time of 300 μm film was increased by three times.
