聚乳酸在二氧化碳作用下的冷结晶

Cold Crystallization of Polylactide at the Presence of Carbon Dioxide

摘要: 利用差示扫描量热仪研究了聚乳酸(PLA)在常压下的等温冷结晶行为,并用偏光显微镜观测了不同温度下等温结晶100 min的PLA样品的结晶形态;以二氧化碳(CO2)为介质,利用高压釜在5 MPa压力、不同温度下制备了冷结晶过程中的等温结晶100 min的PLA样品,分别利用偏光显微镜和广角X射线衍射仪对比了常压和CO2作用下PLA产生的球晶形态和晶型结构。结果表明,CO2对PLA有显著的增塑作用,可以增强PLA分子链的活性,使其在较低的温度下发生冷结晶;与常压相比,PLA在CO2作用下冷结晶形成的球晶尺寸减小球晶数量增加球晶完善程度提高,但最终结晶度降低。

Abstract: Isothermal cold crystallization behavior of polylactide (PLA) at atmosphere was studied by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and the crystalline morphology of PLA samples obtained at different temperature for 100 min was characterized by using a polarized optical microscopy (POM). Using CO2 as a media, PLA samples isothermally crystallized at 5 MPa at different temperature for 100 min were prepared in a high-pressure vessel. The crystal morphology and crystalline structure of PLA samples prepared at atmosphere and under CO2 were compared by a POM and a wide-angle X-ray diffractometer (WAXD), respectively. The results showed that CO2 had a significant plasticizing effect on PLA and enhanced the mobility of PLA macromolecular chains, resulting in cold crystallization at a lower temperature. Compared with PLA samples crystallized at atmosphere, the size of spherulites decreased, the quantity of spherulites increased and the degree of perfection increased for PLA samples treated under CO2 while the final crystallinity decreased.
