微细发泡注射成型制品表面质量改善的研究

摘要: 首先建立了哑铃形试验模型,然后通过田口实验设计、信噪比和方差分析方法,分析了模具温度、熔融温度、注射速率、预充填量、气体浓度对制品表面质量的影响,从而揭示工艺参数与表面质量的关系。最后,将相关结论应用到实际试验中,并采用扫描电子显微镜和粗糙度测量仪来表征试样的剖面及表面特征。试验结果验证了通过信噪比分析和方差分析可以获得最佳工艺组合,从而降低制品表面粗糙度,并为实际生产中改善制品表面质量做出指导。

Abstract: Firstly a dumbbell test model was established to research the relationship between process parameters and surface quality. Through Taguchi experimental design and signaltonoise ratio and analysis of variance methods, the effect of mold temperature, melt temperature, injection rate, filling quantity, and gas concentration on the surface quality was analyzed. The surface of the samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and roughness measuring instrument. Finally, the research conclusion was applied to the actual experiments, which showed that the optimal combination of parameters could be obtained from the analysis of signaltonoise ratio and variance and the surface roughness could be reduced.
