不同模具结构模仁尺寸对模仁变形的影响

Influence of Core Size on Core Deformation with Different Mold Structure

摘要: 利用有限元方法,以方形塑件为例,同时考虑温度场和压力场等因素,对不同模具结构的模仁进行了变形分析。并考虑刚度和成本因素,优化了成型该塑件的模仁结构尺寸。结果表明,相同条件下,该塑件三板模模仁变形比两板模小,模仁宽度对两种模具结构的模仁变形的影响都较大,下模仁高度对下模仁变形影响较大,而上模仁高度对上模仁变形的影响较小。

Abstract: Taking a square plastic part as an example, the core deformation of different mold structure was analyzed with considering the temperature and pressure fields by finite element method. It showed that the core deformation of a three-plate mold was smaller than that of a two-plate mold. The influence of mold width on the core deformation of two kinds of molds was large. The height of lower mold core had a great influence on the deformation of lower mold core, but the height of upper mold core had a small influence on the deformation of upper mold core. The structure and size of the mold core for this plastic part were optimized by consider the stiffness and cost.
