摘要:
使用响应面法研究了FDM参数对聚乳酸(PLA)材料形状记忆性能的影响。这些参数包括顶层与底层数、填充率、样件厚度、样件弯曲程度、样件打印方向和赋形温度。形状记忆性能通过形状恢复率与形状恢复时间两项响应变量来考量。采用Box⁃behnken design(BBD)建立了高阶模型,计算出形状记忆性能最优的参数组合,并与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明,样件形状恢复率与形状恢复时间关于实验结果和模型预测结果的相对误差分别为1.526 09 %、2.390 3 %。预测模型的准确性较好,对今后4D打印研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
