摘要: 运用反应曲面法,结合CAE分析及方差分析理论,建立了可以适当描述塑料薄壁件注射成型参数与成型品质因素之间关系的数学模型.并结合遗传算法,对各成型参数进行优化,以期提高成型品质,实例验证r该算法的可行性。

Abstract:

This article emploved the response surface methodology( RSM), combined with CAE tech-noloeyand analysis of varance theory (ANOVA) to establsh an ontimization model. which describes the relationship betweenthe mainprocessing parameters and thin wall part quality. The processing pa- rameters were optimized using the genetic algorithm (GA) A case study showed that the method was effective and feasible.
