摘要: 采用熔融共混挤出方法制备了不同配比的新型含二氮杂蔡酮联苯结构聚芳醚矾酮(PPESK)/聚芳酷(PAR)共混物,考察了该共混体系的熔融加工性能及力学性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM )、动态热机械仪(DMTA)及热失重(TGA)对PPESK/PAR共混物的相容性及热性能进行表征和研究,采用多重扫描速率下的不定温法在氮气氛围中对PPESK/PAR热稳定性进行研究。结果表明:该共混体系为部分相容体系,聚芳醋的共混加人可以明显地改善PPESK熔融加工性能,加人PAR后降低了PPESK的热稳定性,共混物的力学性能也有不同程度的下降。

Abstract: Blends of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone)(PPESK ) and polyarylate ( PAR)were prepared via melt mixing.  The miscibility, processability, and thermal/mechanical properties of the blends were investigated using dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA),scanning electron micro-scope ( SEM ),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).DMTA revealed the partial miscibility of the blends. PAR strongly promoted the processability of the blends, however, reduced their thern}al stability.
