摘要: 为了保证中空制品壁厚均匀、节省材料,设计了基于LabVIEW计算机程序和以高性能电液比例阀为核心的壁厚控制系统。经过工控机、虚拟仪器等的高速运算和精度控制,实现了中空制坯壁品型厚控制系统的闭环控制。试验证明,该型坯壁厚电液控制系统作为大型中空成型机型坯壁厚控制的核心,具有系统精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,有利于整机的周期性控制,保证运动平稳性要求,达到较高的位置控制精度。

Abstract: In the production of hollow products, in order to ensure uniform wall and save material, an electrohydraulic control system was designed for blow molding machines based on the LabVIEW software, with a high performance electrohydraulic proportional valve as the core of control system. The system relied on high speed operation and precision control, and closed cycle control of wall thickness was achieved. Test of the system showed that it had high accuracy and antiinterference, thus ensured smooth operation of large hollow products.
