注射成型充填不平衡分析及流道设计改进

摘要: 针对注射成型一模多腔充填不平衡问题, 通过简化模型及数值模拟分析,得出由于流道中熔体剪切摩擦产生的黏性耗散热不同,会导致流道中流场分布不同,引起对称型腔不能同时充满。在此基础上,在流道分级部位增加不同几何形状凹槽,改变分流道入口部位熔体温度场。数值模拟结果表明,熔体能够几乎同时充满两个模具型腔,较大程度上改善了一模多腔不平衡现象,提高塑件质量一致性。

Abstract: In the paper, the problem of nonuniform filling in a multicavity mold was explored by numerical simulation with a simplified model. It was found that it was the difference in the heat generated in different runners that caused the difference in flow fields, and resulted in that the cavities could not be filled simultaneously. Based on this argument, different geometries grooves were designed in the site of runner cross in order to change the temperature field of subrunner entrance. The simulation showed that two cavities could be almost simultaneously filled.
