摘要: 综述了近年来丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/碳纳米管(CNTs)纳米复合材料的研究进展,介绍了该材料的不同制备方法和所得复合材料的力学、导电、雷达波吸收、热解及阻燃性能。研究发现,添加少量的CNTs可以大幅提高ABS的弹性模量、拉伸强度及模量等力学性能;降低材料的电阻率,达到永久抗静电型ABS要求;并可使材料具有雷达波吸收性能;同时还能显著改善ABS的阻燃性能。还分析了不同CNTs种类、添加量及预处理方法对ABS/ CNTs纳米复合材料上述性能的影响,并对相关机理进行了分析讨论。

Abstract: Recent studies on nanocomposites of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene/carbon nanotubes (ABS/CNTs) have been reviewed. A detailed introduction was given on their preparation methods as well as their mechanical, electrical, radar absorbing, thermal degradation, and flame retardant properties. It was found that with addition of small amount of CNTs, the elastic modulus, tensile strength, and modulus of ABS were greatly improved; the electric resistivity was much lowered and reached the requirement of permanent antistatic standard. The composites possessed excellent radar absorbing ability and flame retarding performance. Comprehensive analysis on the influence of different types, addition amounts, and pre-treatments of CNTs on above-mentioned properties of ABS/CNTs nanocomposites was made and the corresponding mechanism was presented and discussed.
