摘要: 综述了碳纳米管/聚合物复合材料的制备方法及其电学性能的研究进展。评述了碳纳米管/聚合物复合材料常用的制备方法,包括溶液共混、熔融共混、原位聚合等,特别强调碳纳米管在聚合物基体中的分散;介绍了采用聚乙烯、环氧树脂等为基体的含碳纳米管复合材料电学性能研究的两个方面:导电渗流行为和正温度系数效应;对碳纳米管/聚合物导电复合材料研究中存在的问题如工艺改进、机理解释等进行了讨论,并展望了这一类材料的发展前景。

Abstract:

The fabrication methods for conductive polymer/carbon nanotube composites were introduced, including solution blending, melt blending and in situ polymerization. Particular attention was paid on the dispersion of the nanotubes in polymer matrix. Two main electrical properties, conductive percolation and positive temperature coefficient effect were discussed, using polyethylene and epoxy resin based composites as modal systems. The problems existing in processing and the related mechanism were pointed. The development trend of conductive polymer/carbon nanotube composites forecasted.
