含酰胺基的次膦酸金属盐阻燃剂在PBT中的应用

Application in Flameretardant PBT Based on Metal Salt of Phosphinates with Amide Group

摘要: 比较了β(N苯基甲酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的锌、镁、铝盐\[Zn(CEMP)、Mg(CEMP)和Al(CEMP)\]对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,相比于Zn(CEMP)和Mg(CEMP),Al(CEMP)表现出较好的阻燃效果,当其添加量为20 %(质量分数,下同)时,可使PBT的极限氧指数达到39.5 %,垂直燃烧达到UL 94 V0级;Al(CEMP)能够降低PBT的热分解速率,提高其残炭率;热分解过程中的残留物主要含磷和碳组分,初步推断Al(CEMP)主要通过凝聚相发挥阻燃作用。

Abstract: The flame retardant abilities of zinc, magnesium, and aluminum salts of β(Nphenyl carboxamide) ethylmethylphosphinate on PBT were compared. It showed that the aluminum salt \[Al(CEMP)\] was better than other two. When the loading of Al(CEMP) was 20 wt %, limited oxygen index of 39.5 % and UL 94 V0 were obtained. TG analysis indicated that Al(CEMP) reduced the thermal decomposition rate and increased the char forming of PBT. FTIR showed that the residue containing phosphorus and carbonrich species, which implies that Al(CEMP) acted in condensed phase.
