聚乳酸/聚丙烯共混体系的制备及其发泡行为研究

Study on Preparation of Poly(lactic acid)/Polypropylene Blends and Its Foaming Bahvior

摘要: 采用添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAH-g-PP)来作为相容剂,制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚丙烯(PP)共混物并研究了其发泡行为。采用差式扫描量热仪和旋转流变仪分别研究其热行为和流变行为,采用扫描电镜观察了共混体系的冲击断面及其发泡形貌。结果表明,随着MAH-g-PP添加量的增加,两相的相容性得到提高,在一定程度上促进了PLA的结晶,极大地提高了PLA/PP共混体系的熔体强度,使其发泡行为得到改善。

Abstract: This paper studied on foaming behavior of Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/ Polypr -opylene(PP) Composites which were preparated with Maleic anhydride(MAH) -grafted PP(MAH-g-PP) as a reactive compatibilizer. Thermal and rheological behaviors of PLA/PP Composites were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic rotary rheometer, respectively. Morphology of impact–fractured and foamed samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Compatibility of PLA/PP composites was improved gradually with rising addition of MAH-g-PP,which could promote the growth rate of PLA crystallization and improve the melt strength of PLA/PP composites greatly, and that’s why foaming behavior was enhanced.
