同向双螺杆挤出机螺杆轴向力的数值模拟和实验研究

摘要: 应用POLYFLOW软件模拟计算了组合螺杆元件在流场中受到的轴向力。模拟结果表明,轴向力随螺杆相位角的变化而波动;螺杆构型对轴向力的影响较大;操作条件会对轴向力产生影响。自行设计了拉杆应变测量系统对螺杆轴向力进行了间接测试,结果表明螺杆轴向力由机头静压力和附加轴向力组成,使用实验螺杆组合时,附加轴向力约为机头静压力的0.4-1.6倍。

Abstract: The screw axial force of a screw segment was simulated using POLYFLOW software. The recult indicated that screw axial force is fluctuated with screw rotation,various with the screw configuradons and operating conditions. The screw axial force of intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder was measured by strain experiment of drawbars. Experimental results show that the screw axial force is composed by static pressure force of the die and additive force along the screw, the ratio of additive force along the screw to static pressure force of die ranges from 0.4 to1.6
