摘要: 针对汽车外饰件生产过程中出现的成型缺陷,采用生产过程中的参数,利用Moldflow软件对其注塑过程进行模拟,找出导致成型缺陷的因素,针对分析结果提出相应的优化方案。经验证表明,Moldflow在生产阶段可针对产品缺陷提出正确的解决方案,从而避免解决问题的盲目性,确保一次修模到位,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Abstract: In order to find the reasons of the molding defects of automotive exterior parts in process, the injection process was simulated using Moldflow software based on production parameters. The optimization measures were proposed to solve the problems in production process. It could reduce the number of trial, thus increase the productivity and reduce production costs.
