音响外壳模内装饰注塑模具设计

摘要: 介绍了丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)电子音响外壳产品模内装饰聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜的注塑模具设计过程,设计了倒装模具结构,实现了薄膜输送的自动化;采用潜伏顶针进胶系统,防止了冲墨、气纹等缺陷;设计了内外环气路用于吸气,实现了薄膜的良好定位。

Abstract: Molds for PET decoration film on the out-shell of ABS loud speakers was discussed in this paper. In order to deliver the film automatically, the mold with a flip structure was designed. For avoiding prevent the defects such as ink, gas lines, a submarine plunger gate system was used. The inside and outside gas paths were designed and the film could be well located.
