PA6/类水滑石纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of PA6/Hydrotalcite Nanocomposites

摘要: 将自制的双甲氧基苯甲酸根离子插层的类水滑石(MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs)分散到己内酰胺(CL)水溶液中,利用CL原位水解开环聚合制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs纳米复合材料,并通过透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、紫外吸收光谱仪、热分析等对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs 在复合材料中呈纳米级均匀分散,少量均匀分散的MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs 使复合材料对波长为320~380 nm的紫外线吸收效果明显;少量均匀分散的MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs 起到了很好的异相成核剂的作用,不仅提高了PA6的结晶温度,而且也提高了其结晶度;部分板层剥离的MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs 明显有助于PA6 的γ 晶型的产生。

Abstract: A PA6/hydrotalcite nanocomposite (PA6/MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs) was synthesized through in-situ polymerization. The property and structure of the resulted nanocomposite were characterized by TEM, UV spectrum, XRD, TG, and DSC, etc. The results indicated that the nano MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs uniformly dispersed in the matrix, and compared with pure PA6, the nanocomposite could strongly absorb the ultraviolet rays between 320~380 nm. XRD and DSC showed that a small amount of MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs played a good role in heterogeneous nucleation of PA6, and increased the crystallization temperature and crystallinity. The presence of a few exfoliated MgAl-PMOBA-LDHs had significantly contribute to the formation of gamma crystalline of PA6.
