摘要:

综述了相变蓄冷材料在冷链物流中的研究进展;介绍了冷链物流在我国的发展形势;总结了国内外关于相变蓄冷材料在组成成分、方法制备、蓄冷性能及应用效果等方面的研究概况;梳理了关于冷链物流过程中的各种储运设备在结合相变蓄冷材料前后的性能对比,对相变蓄冷材料在冷链物流中的应用发展前景做出了展望。

Abstract:

This paper reviewed the research progress in phase change cold-storage materials in cold chain logistics and also introduced the development situation of cold chain logistics in China. Furthermore, the research progress in the phase change cold storage materials at home and abroad in the aspects of composition, method preparation, cold storage performance and application effect were summarized. Moreover, the performance comparison of various storage and transportation equipments before and after combining with phase change cold-storage materials in the process of cold chain logistics was summarized. The applications and development prospect of phase change cold-storage materials in cold chain logistics were prospected.
