聚丙烯/正辛基POSS纳米复合材料流变、力学性能与结晶行为

Study on the rheology behavior of O-POSS/Polypropylene

摘要: 摘要:为研究正辛基笼型倍半硅氧烷(O-POSS)对等规聚丙烯(iPP)的改性作用,合成了O-POSS并将其与iPP共混制备了iPP/O-POSS纳米复合材料,研究了O-POSS用量对复合材料的流变性、力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:O-POSS加入可改善聚丙烯材料的流动性,融体假塑性增强。加入O-POSS球晶尺寸变小,熔点和结晶度提高,且有助于改善材料力学性能,O-POSS硅笼含量为4% 到6%时,复合材料有最好的力学性能。

Abstract: Abstract: Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane (O-POSS) with n-octyl was synthesized in this paper. The O-POSS/iPP nanocomposite was prepared. The rheology, crystallization behavior and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that O-POSS can obviously improve the rheology behavior of iPP and the O-POSS/iPP nanocomposite is pseudoplastic fluid. The O-POSS can increase crystalline degree and melting point of iPP. When the amount of O-POSS is between 4% and 6%, composite has the best mechanical properties.
