助磨剂对凹土在聚氨酯革中填充性能的影响

Effect of Milling Aid on Filling Performance of Attapulgite in Polyurethane Leather

摘要: 研究了助磨剂对球磨凹土在聚氨酯革中填充性能的影响,实验结果表明:无助磨剂球磨所得凹土因二次团聚现象严重而不宜作为聚氨酯革的填充剂,有助磨剂协助球磨所得的凹土可以作为聚氨酯革的填充剂,其表观和力学性能均达到要求,并且经1%硬脂酸助磨1h所得凹土填充PU革(填充量10%)的拉伸负荷经向为149.8 N,纬向为151.4 N,撕裂负荷经向为35.7 N,纬向为53.3 N,断裂伸长率经向为331.9%,纬向为118.3%;微观形貌分析表明,经硬脂酸助磨的凹土能充分分散于聚氨酯中,与聚氨酯树脂有效容合,提高了填充聚氨酯革的表观性能。

Abstract: Stearic acid was found effective as a milling aid in the ball milling of attapulgite. Stearic acid milled attapulgite could be finely dispersed in polyurethane leather without re-agglomeration, which was confirmed by SEM observation. the polyurethane leather containing 10 wt % such treated attapulgite satisfied the requirement of }B 1646-92. When the content of stearic acid milled attapulgite was 1 wt % , the radial and latitudinal tensile strengths of polyurethane leather were 149.8 N and 151.4N,tearing strength 35. 7 N and 53.3 N, elongation at break 331.9%and 118.3%,respectively. the improvement of mechanical performance of the polyurethane leather could be attributed to the interaction between stearic acid milled attapulgite and polyurethane.
