Abstract: Adding carbon fiber in PE by injection molding, the samples were prepared in this paper. The tensile strength, hardness, elastic modulus have been studied. The results show that with the incresement of carbon fiber content, the tensile strength, hardness, elastic modulus of composites is improved. When the carbon content is lower than 3.3% ,the hardness, elastic modulus and strength increases linearly; when carbon fiber content is higher than 3.3% ,they increase significantly.
