Abstract: In this article, effects of ratio of dimethyl silicone oil to wax and kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil on optical properties and coefficient of friction were studied. It indicated that with the increase of dimethyl silicone oil, the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the films decreased from 0.31 and 0.19 to 0.22 and 0.18, and a small amount of wax could maintain a relatively stable optical properties, the synergistic effect between dimethyl silicone oil and wax ensured the comprehensive use of the master batch. With the same ratio of dimethyl silicone oil to wax and increase of the kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil, the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the films decreased by 7.4 % and 10.5 %, respectively, while little effect on the optical properties.
